By registering for, accessing, or using the services provided by Enzer (“Enzer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), I (“User” / “Customer”) hereby provide my free, informed, and explicit consent to the terms stated below.

1. Consent to Data Collection & Processing

I authorize Enzer to collect, store, process, and use my personal, identity, financial, and transactional information for the purpose of providing installment-based payment services, account management, risk assessment, customer support, and regulatory compliance.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• CNIC information

• Contact details

• Transaction and repayment history

• Device and usage data

2. Identity Verification & KYC Consent

I expressly consent to Enzer verifying my identity through:

• CNIC authentication

• Authorized identity databases

• Mobile number verification

I understand that Enzer may conduct ongoing verification to comply with regulatory requirements.

3. Credit Assessment & Risk Evaluation

I authorize Enzer to evaluate my eligibility, assign spending limits, monitor repayment behavior, and adjust limits based on internal risk assessment models.

I acknowledge that limits are discretionary and may be revised, reduced, or withdrawn.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

I consent to Enzer sharing my information with:

• Banks and payment service providers

• Identity verification authorities

• Technology and risk management partners

• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities when required by law

All sharing shall be subject to confidentiality and applicable laws.

5. AML / CFT Compliance Consent

I acknowledge that Enzer may monitor transactions and report suspicious activity in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) laws and regulations applicable in Pakistan.

6. Consent to Electronic Communications

I consent to receive communications from Enzer through:

• SMS

• Email

• App notifications

• Phone calls

These communications may include account updates, payment reminders, security alerts, and promotional messages. I understand that I may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

7. Consent to Terms & Policies

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to:

• Terms & Conditions

• Privacy Policy

• Any applicable product-specific terms

I understand that continued use of Enzer constitutes acceptance of any updates to these documents.

8. Shariah Compliance Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that Enzer operates under Shariah-compliant financial principles and that installment structures are transparent and free from interest (riba).

9. Voluntary Consent & Right to Withdraw

I confirm that this consent is given voluntarily without coercion.
I understand that I may withdraw consent by closing my account, subject to settlement of any outstanding obligations and legal requirements.

10. Legal Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination and may have legal consequences.

11. Acceptance

By selecting “I Agree”, checking the consent box, or using Enzer services, I confirm that I have read and agreed to this Consent Form.
