These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, website, mobile application, cards, and related offerings provided by Enzer (“Enzer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By registering for or using Enzer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
1. Definitions
“Customer / User”: Any individual who registers for or uses Enzer services
“Merchant”: Any business registered to accept Enzer payments
“Installments”: Structured payments divided over a defined period
“Platform”: Enzer website, mobile application, cards, and services
2. Regulatory Framework & Oversight
Enzer operates in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, circulars, and guidelines issued by the State Bank of Pakistan (“SBP”), including but not limited to:
Payment system regulations
Electronic money and fintech guidelines
Consumer protection frameworks
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) laws
Enzer is not a bank and does not accept public deposits.
All payment and installment services are facilitated through regulated financial institutions, payment networks, or approved settlement mechanisms, as required under SBP regulations.
3. Eligibility
To use Enzer, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be a resident of Pakistan
Possess a valid CNIC
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Enzer reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate any account at its discretion in accordance with regulatory and risk requirements.
4. Account Registration & Verification (KYC)
All users must complete mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures, which may include:
CNIC verification
Mobile number authentication
Identity checks via authorized databases
Ongoing transaction monitoring
Enzer may request additional information at any time to comply with regulatory obligations.
5. Enzer Account Types & Cards
Enzer Premium Account
Spending limit: PKR 10,000 – PKR 50,000
Installments: Up to 4 installments
Applicable for online and physical purchases
Enzer Executive Account
Spending limit: PKR 25,000 – PKR 150,000
Installments:
Physical purchases: up to 4 installments
Online purchases: up to 12 installments
Requires a paid yearly membership
Limits are assigned based on internal risk assessment and may be revised, reduced, or withdrawn at any time.
6. Installment Payments & Repayments
All installment amounts, schedules, and total payable amounts are displayed before transaction confirmation
Customers must pay installments on or before due dates
Missed or delayed payments may result in:
Reduced limits
Account restrictions
Suspension or termination of services
Outstanding dues remain payable even after account suspension or termination.
7. Fees & Charges
The standard 4-installment plan is interest-free
Any markup on extended installment plans is disclosed upfront
Executive membership fees are charged annually and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Enzer reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice
8. Merchant Transactions & Responsibilities
Enzer is not responsible for the quality, pricing, delivery, warranties, or services provided by merchants
Any disputes related to goods or services must be resolved directly between the customer and the merchant
Enzer’s role is limited to payment facilitation and installment management
9. Merchant Accounts & Advertising
Merchants may:
Register to accept Enzer payments
Advertise products, services, or stores on the Enzer platform
Enzer reserves the right to approve, suspend, restrict, or remove any merchant account or advertisement to comply with legal, regulatory, or risk requirements.
10. Shariah Compliance
Enzer is designed to operate in accordance with Shariah-compliant financial principles.
All installment structures are transparent and avoid interest (riba).
11. AML / CFT Compliance
Enzer complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) laws.
This includes:
Transaction monitoring
Detection of suspicious activity
Reporting to relevant authorities where legally required
Accounts may be restricted or suspended in accordance with regulatory obligations.
12. Data Protection & Confidentiality
Enzer handles customer data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and SBP security guidelines.
Measures include:
Data encryption
Secure servers
Restricted access controls
Confidentiality agreements with third parties
Customer information is disclosed only where required by law or regulation.
13. Prohibited Use
Users must not:
Provide false or misleading information
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Attempt to manipulate limits or transactions
Violate applicable laws or regulations
Violation may result in immediate account termination.
14. Suspension & Termination
Enzer may suspend or terminate accounts to:
Comply with SBP regulations
Address fraud or misuse
Mitigate financial or security risks
Enforce these Terms
Termination does not release users from outstanding obligations.
15. Limitation of Liability
Enzer is not liable for:
Merchant-related disputes
Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.
16. Amendments
Enzer may amend these Terms at any time to remain compliant with regulatory, legal, or operational requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
